ResumeBuildPro is an online resume-building platform that allows users to create, edit, and manage professional resumes. We offer both subscription plans and one-time payment options for accessing premium features.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ResumeBuildPro. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

ResumeBuildPro Platform

ResumeBuildPro is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• Professional resume templates and customization tools
• Resume editing and management features
• Download capabilities in multiple formats
• Both subscription-based and one-time payment options
• Cloud-based resume storage and management

Operating Country

ResumeBuildPro operates from India and is subject to Indian laws and regulations. All users, regardless of their location, agree to be governed by Indian law in relation to these terms.

Acceptable Use

As a user of ResumeBuildPro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your resumes
• Use the platform only for legitimate resume-building purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform features
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Creating false or misleading resumes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's operation
• Uploading malicious content or code
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Subscription Plans

ResumeBuildPro offers subscription plans that provide recurring access to premium features. Subscription payments are processed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for past payments
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

One-Time Payments

We also offer one-time payment options for specific premium features or templates. One-time payments provide permanent access to the purchased features.

• One-time payments are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Access to purchased features is provided immediately upon payment
• All payment processing is handled securely through Cashfree

User Content

You retain full ownership and rights to the resume content you create using our platform. Your resume data and personal information belong to you.

• You have full control over your resume content and can edit, delete, or download it at any time
• We do not claim ownership of your resume content
• You grant us a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing our services
• This license terminates when you delete your account and content

Platform Content

All ResumeBuildPro platform templates, designs, features, and intellectual property belong to ResumeBuildPro and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may use our templates and features for creating your personal resumes
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform content
• Template designs remain the property of ResumeBuildPro

Suspension Grounds

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Suspension may be temporary or permanent based on the severity of the violation.

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Repeated violation of our policies
• Attempts to compromise platform security
• Abuse of our customer support systems

Effect of Termination

Upon account termination:

• Your right to access the platform terminates immediately
• We may delete your account data after 30 days
• You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination
• Certain provisions of these terms survive termination

Indian Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good faith resolution of any disputes through our customer support channels at resumebuildproofficial@gmail.com.

If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be finally settled in the courts of India.
